Polyester fiber has the largest share of synthetic fibers market. Polyester is a great industrial alternative to natural fibers with robust properties such as high strength, resilience,

DRAWN TEXTURIZED YARN (DTY)

DTY is produced by texturizing POY, it is composed from a number of filaments and is categorized by the number it consists of. Wovers GmbH manufactures and trades a variety of DTY, particularly in two conventional groups of 36F and 48F and high filament of 144F. Furthermore, the filaments of these threads can be weld in specified intervals resulting intermingle points, which is categorized as Non-intermingle (NIM), Semi-intermingle (SIM), and High-intermingle (HIM). Lustre: bright, semi-dull, full dull
Applications: Home furnishing fabric, Curtains, Knitted Fabrics, Jeans, Seat Cover, Dressing gown, and Men’s Shirts.

FDY

FDY yarn are produced by applying traction and heat on POY yarn. This yarn is used as a raw material for the production of spun yarn and it is also used directly in knitting. ITY

The ITY yarn which is combination of two strings of POY and DTY yarns. Since the two strands have different properties after the knitting and finishing operations, the fabric gets a significant and special hand feel. Denier/Filament: (72/135), (108/135)

STAPLE SPUN

Staple yarn is made from chopped filament fibers which is produced through ring spinning method. This is commonly known as spun yarn. Count (Ne): 20, 30, 40, 50, 60
Polished yarn: matt-gloss
Applications: Dressing gown, Scarf, T-shirt, Underwear
